The Art of Blessed Inversion

So for those who don’t know, I was a visual art major and so I decided to use it for my logo design. So here goes the art analysis for the Blessed Inversion logos!

Blessed Inversion Emblem (Text 2.0)

First up is Golden Age, which was the base for each of the other logos. I made the initial shape and frame to try and emulate the shape of a snowflake. But not in the actual segments but the negative space that is filled golden. Golden Age itself is a reference to the Golden Age of comics. Naturally, with Black Ice as the main character, I filled it with ice and colored the text black. Get it? Black…Ice…Let’s…just move on…

Blessed Inversion SWAT Emblem

Next up is Blessed Inversion SWAT. For this, I gave it a more sleek and serious font to fit SWAT-Spiders personality. The webs are obvious, but what isn’t is the teal and orange. That’s actually the color of the RajTEK logo. The dark spots on the inside and outside are similarly references to how SWAT-Spider deals with threats both inside and outside of RajTEK. It fits the tone he has being a more serious and focused hero.

Blessed Inversion Inhibitors was an interesting one. Its colors are actually made to emulate the NATO Flag because you know…they’re a branch of NATO in-universe.

Now this one looks like it’s emulating a computer chip…Perhaps something tech based?

So that’s the art rundown for the current Blessed Inversion logos. Hope you found it interesting and if you’re interested maybe I’ll do more of these in the future.
